Note: Hotel booking via the special conference contingent is strongly recommended. The conference will partly coincide with the 2008 FIFA European Championship. Since hotels are expecting a high demand of rooms during this period, room availability can only be guaranteed until April 28, 2008. However, some hotels will accept late bookings until May 13, 2008.
